KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
The 2012/13 Kindergarten Registration will take place the week of April 23-27, 2012. To be eligible for kindergarten in September, 2012 your child must be five years old on or before January 1, 2013.
Due to the high volume of kindergarten registrations expected at the four (K-2) primary schools, you are encouraged to register at one of the two dates listed below.
· Monday, April 23, 2012 from 12:00-7:00 PM (Enfield Square - in front of Macy’s Women’s Store)
· Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 12:00-7:00 PM (Angelo Lamagna Center, 19 North Main St.)
If you are not able to attend either Town-wide event, you may register your child at the school he/she will be attendng kindergarten between the hours of 9:30-11:30 and 1:00-2:30. Listed below are the primary (K-2) schools:

Items needed for registration are:
~ Completed registration form (if you have not received one in the mail, please call the school your child will attend);
~ Proof of Residency: Current dated utility bill, purchase or lease agreement. Driver’s license is not accepted;
~ If divorced or separated, please bring proof of guardianship;
~ Birth Certificate (not “record of birth” form given to parents at the hospital);
~ Blue Health Assessment form completed by doctor, (or upcoming date of scheduled physical); and
~ Proof of immunizations.
