Family Day

 

The Enfield Public Schools, with sponsorship from the LEGO Community Fund U.S., will be hosting the 18th annual Family Day, Sunday, September 17th from 11:30 am – 4:00 pm on the Town Green.  All community members are invited to join us for this fun filled day of free entertainment, contests, and games.  Everything is free excluding food and items being sold by school and community organizations as fundraisers.  In the event of inclement weather please call the School Closing Hotline at 860-253-5170 for information.

Amber Alert Child ID Program

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Enfield

This program provides parent/guardians of children under the age of 18 with a plastic ID card and sends information to a secure national database that is only accessible by law enforcement officials. With consent, children are weighed, measured, and photographed. Parent/guardians are given a free ID card for each child.

This program is active in all 50 states and has helped to save the lives of more than 430 children nationwide.
