Eli Whitney Receives Donation from New Burlington Store

 

 

The Enfield Public Schools is pleased to announce that Burlington Stores and AdoptAClassroom.org have donated $5,000 to Eli Whitney Elementary School in celebration of its new store now open in Enfield located at 30 Hazard Avenue.  The donated funds will be available for Eli Whitney teachers to purchase supplies for their classrooms.  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held today where representatives from Burlington and the Enfield Public Schools were present.

 

Enfield Superintendent of Schools Christopher Drezek and Eli Whitney Principal Kate Flanaghan proudly accepted the check from AdoptAClassroom.org that has adopted Eli Whitney.  They welcomed our new Enfield Burlington store and thanked them and AdoptAClassroom.org for their generous donation to the staff at Eli Whitney Elementary School.
