Administrative Appointment for FY2022-23

Kristie Tinnirella – Enfield High School

Kristie Tinnirella has served as an English Educator in Enfield Public Schools for the past seven years.  She began her career in Enfield as a long-term substitute at Enrico Fermi High School. The following year she accepted a position at John F. Kennedy Middle School.  During her three years at JFK, she also taught the Student Success Academy and helped to lead the Student and Faculty Recognition Committee.  In 2019, she began teaching at Enfield High School. During her time as a teacher at Enfield High School, she worked to revise and update curriculum and worked with the Instructional Leadership Team on a variety of issues. Additionally, she has worked with students of all ages in Enfield’s Adult Education programs, specifically teaching English electives in the Certified Diploma Program.  

Mrs. Tinnirella holds a Bachelor’s in English with a Secondary Education Certification and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Saint Joseph and is currently enrolled in the Sixth-Year Educational Leadership Program from Central Connecticut State University to receive her 092 certification.  

Mrs. Tinnirella resides in Enfield with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family.  

Please join us in welcoming Kristie Tinnirella as Dean of Students at Enfield High School.  She will start her administrative appointment on November 9, 2022.
