Summer Theatre Arts Camp

ENFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS THEATRE ARTS CAMP



Music and theatre classes for summer learning and fun!  Sponsored by the Enfield Music Department.  If you like to sing, dance, or act – our summer program is for you!  The summer theatre arts camp will prepare a 30-minute performance of a Broadway Kids production that includes singing, dancing, acting, stage/set design, and costumes. The theatre arts program introduces the younger student to the world of theatre and offers the older student a outlet for strengthening their musical and acting skills.  Instruction will be provided in voice, acting, choreography and basic stagecraft techniques.  All students will participate in the production at the end of the camp.

 

DATES: Monday, June 26th – Thursday, July 20, 2023
(Classes meet only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
No classes are held on Fridays and no class on July 4th)

PLACE: Enfield High School Music Wing and Auditorium (1264 Enfield Street)

FEE: $180.00 (CHECKS Payable to Enfield Public Schools)

TIME: 9:00 a.m. – Noon

WHO: Students entering grades 4 – 9

PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE: Thursday, July 20th, 2023 at 10:30am

  1. Log into your Parent PowerSchool account at https://enfield.powerschool.com    If you need help setting up your Parent PowerSchool account or need help with your username/password email [email protected]
  2. Then select the MySchoolBucks icon on the left column.  If asked to log in, you can just choose the option to “continue on”.  Select STORE.
  3. Select VIEW DETAILS on one of the featured items you want to purchase (Summer Theater Arts Camp).
  4. Select your student > The purchase option > and either select “Buy More” or “ Add to Cart” if you want to add multiple items. Fill out credit card and billing information and complete the payment.

Please register one child per form                                     
Deadline:   Wednesday, June 9th, 2023

Transportation to and from classes must be provided by a parent/guardian.  We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any course that does not have adequate enrollment.  A refund will be granted if course is canceled.
