We are glad you are here, and we can't wait to work with your family!

Please find information for how to register students in Grades PK-12 below.

Step 1:  
 
Please review the following registration information/documents based on the grade level of your student. 

Note - Pre-School (PK) students must submit an application and be accepted to a program prior to registration.

Step 2:  

To register a student for grades PK-12, complete the online registration using one of the links below. 

Note - Please do not register for Pre-School (PK) until you have confirmation that your student has been accepted into a program. 

Please have the following information ready:

  • Three Emergency Contacts.  Please have 3 contacts ready.  Please list people other than the primary parents or caregivers; parents and caregivers will be contacted first.  If unable to contact, the emergency contacts will be next. 

  • Medical information - allergies, name/phone of doctors/etc.

Please have the following DOCUMENTS ready to upload: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Two Documents to show Proof of Residency (Pick 2 of the following):
    • Utility Bill
    • Purchase or Lease Agreement
    • Rent Receipt
    • Deposit Receipt
    • Driver's License
