2026 Enfield Summer Music and Theater Camp Information
We are excited to welcome your students to our Summer Instrument and Theater Camps beginning on Monday, June 22, 2026. Please review the important information below to help ensure a safe and smooth start to the program.
Program Information
📍 Location: JFK Middle School (Black Wing & Auditorium)
155 Raffia Road, Enfield, CT
📅 Dates: June 22 – July 16, 2026 (Monday–Thursday only; no Fridays)
🕘 Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🚗 Transportation: Families are responsible for student transportation to and from camp each day.
Drop-Off Procedures
Students participating in Theater Camp and Instrument Camp should be dropped off at the Black Wing entrance or the Auditorium entrance located on the side/rear of the JFK building.
For the first day of camp, we ask that caregivers:
- Park in a designated parking space.
- Accompany your student to the appropriate entrance.
- Take a moment to ensure your student knows where to report.
Please do not stop, park, or drop students off in the fire lane adjacent to the entrances.
After the first day, families should continue to park in a designated parking space, have students carefully cross the roadway, and proceed independently to the entrances.
Pick-Up Procedures
Students will be dismissed at 12:00 PM each day.
To ensure student safety, please:
- Park in a designated parking space when arriving for pickup.
- Have your student walk to your vehicle after dismissal.
- Follow all posted traffic patterns when exiting the campus.
Please do not line up or park along the curb/fire lane while waiting for dismissal. Vehicles parked in these areas create safety concerns by blocking visibility for students crossing to their rides and restricting access to emergency vehicles.
Timely Pickup
We ask that all families arrange for prompt pickup at 12:00 PM each day. Camp staff is contracted through 12:15 PM. While an administrator will be available in the event of an unexpected delay, we appreciate your planning ahead to ensure students are picked up on time.
If you have any questions before camp begins, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We are looking forward to an outstanding four weeks of music, theater, learning, and fun. Thank you for your cooperation and support, and we look forward to seeing everyone on Monday morning!
Please check ParentSquare, as I will send any urgent information there and label it for all Summer Instrument and Theater camp students and caregivers.
