iPad Software Update and Erase

There is the chance that you will encounter an issue in setting up your iPad where apps are not loading. Below is a video walking through you the software update and erase/reset process. This will restore the iPad. Your data is stored in the "cloud" and will not be affected. You will need your login and password. General
    
Reset (all the way at the bottom of the second column)
       
Erase All Contents and Settings
