BOE Goals


Enfield Board of Education Goals

GOAL #1:
To develop a rigorous core curriculum, implement highly effective research based instructional strategies, and make instructional decisions based on the close analysis of student performance data. 

GOAL #2:
To ensure the High School Consolidation initiative supports the needs of the community by creating a 21st Century educational facility.  

GOAL #3:
To embark on a quest to identify the best strategy(s) for implementation of a full day kindergarten program in the Enfield Public Schools.

GOAL #4:
To research, design and implement an integrated solution for collecting, warehousing and analyzing student performance data. 

GOAL #5:
To recommend a new educator evaluation system for adoption by the Enfield Board of Education.

GOAL #6:
To promote, develop, implement and sustain various collaborative initiatives and shared services in targeted areas with the town government and community partners.
